A comment on Talk: Colin Powell: Kids need structure

Jan 24 2013: This is a great talk. It is obvious that those who have no idea what is happening in poor communities and schools in America don't get it. Colin Powell lived it and this talk shares his challenges and his current work with America's Promise which is fighting to prevent kids from dropping out of school. Every child deserves a good start is something we should all strive for.
