Alexis Monville (December 27, 1968), French, mechanical engineer, e-government strategic plan manager, Directorate-General for State modernization of the Ministry for the Economy, Finances and Industry, Alexis was previously Projects Director to the Grouping of Public Interest “Modernization of the Social Declarations” (GIP-MDS) promoter of Internet portal Net-entreprises.fr. Before joining the public service, Alexis worked as a Freelance IT Consultant. He was previously Operations Director of a European Internet Hosting Company he had co-founded. He has interest in the integration of sustainable development and ethical finance in mainstream business practice. Alexis serves as the IT adviser of Carbol and small business development trainer. He graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from the ENSAIS in Strasbourg, France.
