About Me

Henna is the CEO of Transformational Leadership Inc., a company focused on helping women achieve their potential to be transformational leaders, creating great innovation, engagement, and growth in organizations. Her clients include high potential women in Fortune 500 companies like Coca Cola, UPS, Nestle, J&J, Deloitte as well as entrepreneur CEO’s.

As an executive coach, speaker and consultant for organizations developing their female talent, Henna brings the expertise she gained from her 20 years managing P&L’s in Procter & Gamble and Novartis. What sets her apart is that she has walked in the shoes of the C-Suite women she coaches and can bring functional expertise from direct experience in Marketing, Finance, Sales and General Management. She also has significant global experience, having lived or worked in 7 countries across 3 continents. She is a sought-after speaker on women’s leadership, has been quoted in Fortune/CNN/Money online, and is a guest lecturer at Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business. She is also the author of an upcoming book on women as transformational leaders.

In her corporate career, Henna held several C-Suite roles such as Chief Marketing Officer and Region President. Her accomplishments at Novartis include running over $500MM P&L and running organizations as large as 600 people, including R&D and plant operations. At Procter & Gamble she helped drive multi-billion dollar global brands like Pampers and Charmin.

Henna is committed to several non-profits. She is on the Board of Counselors for Carter Center, is an organizer for TEDxCentennialParkWomen, the Board of the Board of Directors Network (an organization advocating women for public company boards), and the Board of the International Women’s Forum of Georgia. Henna got her MBA from the Wharton School and completed Executive Education programs at the Harvard Business School.
