About Me

Beside the last adventure as Host Licensee and Creative Director of TEDxPalermo she is the Moleskine Company Curator and Consultant for Special Event since 1999, selecting protagonists of international culture and inviting them to turn a notebook into an artwork for the travelling show Detour. Graduated in Literature, she studied Photography, Architecture and Environmental Design. Since 1992 she worked as a journalist both for mags and Tv and in 1998 she conceived and produced a pioneer tvmagazine about Surf, Skate, Snow, awarded in a Tv Festival in Italy. In 1999 she founded the Cultural Association Kroitnijz and the no profit a.k.a. curatorial projects with a project room in Rome in 2004. Her first group show Advertainment-inc. (Entertainment in Advertising) was held at La Triennale Museum in Milan and Man Museum in Nuoro in 1999. Always travelling between Europe, US, Turkey and Latin America she is now Visiting Professor at Domus Academy, Consultant for Interior Design firm Leftover and freelance for mags and Publishers such as DAMn°, Marsilio, Booth-Clibborn and Charta Artbooks. As Independent Curator in 2011 she co-curated the Italian Pavilion of PQ Prague Quadrennial of Performing Design and Space and she organized two Parallel Events in the 11th and 12th Istanbul Biennial and the Collateral Event "A Better World" for Biennale Architettura 2012. After launching studio427.it she is working on TEDxPalermo's 3rd edition 2013
