About Me

Wendy Wallbridge, a strategic and intuitive adviser and pioneer in the coaching field has worked with individuals for over two decades to help them gain clarity of purpose, unlock their power and creativity, and make their mark in the world. Wendy founded On Your Mark Corporate Coaching in 1993 when she saw the need for individuals to do work that was both meaningful to them and met the changing needs in the marketplace. Today, On Your Mark works with Fortune 100 leaders and teams to motivate and focus them to rise above challenges and create breakthrough outcomes. On Your Mark’s clients have included: Apple, Hewlett Packard, ABC-Disney, McAfee, Wells Fargo, NetApp and VMWare, among others. Wendy is a passionate advocate for tapping into one's full capacity as a human being and living a life that is in alignment with one's values, talents, and calling. Author of the forthcoming book, “Spiral Up! A New Map for Leading Your Life with Power & Grace,” she offers inspiring keynotes for such organizations as UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, the Professional Business Women’s Conference (PBWC), The Commonwealth Club, and Women In Technology International. Wendy has taught her Spiral Up! principles for the past decade to groups of entrepreneurs, middle managers, individual contributors, and executives. She has been interviewed by members of the print media including: Fortune Magazine, the San Francisco Chronicle and the New York Times.
Wendy lives in Novato, California. Her hobbies include: dancing, singing and yoga. She is on the Executive Advisory Board for TEDxMarin and an enthusiastic supporter of The Pachamama Allliance..
