My TED Story

I started following TED some five years ago when I accidentally found some TED talks shared on my computer by some anonymous friend in my research school. It was fascinating stuff for me and I couldn't resist the temptation to apply for a fellowship to the first ever TEDIndia conference in 2009. It was the biggest surprise of my life to receive the confirmation email from TED and more surprises were to come at the TED event. I realized that there are amazing people doing great work to better the world for a bright future and moreover that I should do better. I believe the TED experience is not struggling more to make things happen but to share your passions and skills for a better cause. Then we get to do better things for us and others. As an opportunity to share my TED experience, I now have the chance to organize the TEDxNITSurathkal even along with a group of fantastic students. I wish that would be a life changing experience for the participants on October 30 this year.
