My TED Story
Started watching TED-talks a few years ago, and has ended up watching all of them that has been available as podcasts since then. What enthralled me was that it was unusually not the subjects that was closest to my interests that gave me the most inspiration, but rather the talks that laid totally outside my own work and thinkning. As well as how rewarding it could be to listen to people who where experts in their very specific slice of science, and how ideas from totally different disciplines could give me inspiration of how to tackle my own challenges from another angle. I went to my first TEDx event in 2012, at TEDxVasastan and was inspired to hold an event myself in Lund where i live. The event has yet to take place but I'm looking very much forward to see the results at TEDxLund this November.
