February 2008 – September 2008: Ramp Supervisor – IndiGo Airlines
Was responsible for solving the queries of the customers and providing service beyond their expectation. Performed Ramp duties and was responsible for the flight departures. The duties included answering the phone calls with the sense of obligation. Reorganized the Ground Support Department and was awarded as the ‘Best Employee’ for the same. The job included the reservation and ticketing with the software Saber, Amadeus.

January 2005 – January 2008: Customer Service officer – Paramount Airways
Served as Team leader in the ‘New station set up Team’. Primary duties included Reservation, Check-in Counters Handling, and Baggage make up area in 3 major Airports, including Chennai, Bangalore and Coimbatore. Performed weekly and monthly inspections on Ground Supports. The job involved assisting General Manager with all ground operations, including customer service, ensuring cost control and quality control. I was also engaged in training Fresher’s personnel in reservations and ticketing.
