Let's not talk about what I've done, let's talk about what I'm doing. I thrive on change and getting things done. Let's create together!
I’ve started a movement though my business, Savvy Cinderella, to reduce the cost and waste created by the wedding industry. Savvy Cinderella’s blog won an industry award after just five months of publishing.
I created an after school program for underserved children as an undergraduate and started a prom dress resale in high school to raise money for breast cancer.
I’ve been a Fulbright Scholar and was selected as a StartingBloc Fellow.
I’ve worked with diverse companies, like the American Bar Association, National Geographic, Urban Interns and the William Jefferson Clinton Foundation on their communications and marketing strategy.
I’ve written and marketing plan that was praised by an executive director as a model for the entire organization.
I’ve hiked 2,000 miles on the Appalachian Trail.
I’m currently on a mission to encourage people to take a leap in 2012 (a leap year) that will changes lives and communities for the better (and the results will be published in a book in 2013).
And I’m hungry for more. How can I contribute to what you’re accomplishing?
Using business and design principles to create change and social innovation.
