About Me
Deb Kemper is an experienced consultant and non-profit board member with cross-cultural leadership experience; she has lived and worked on three continents. Deb currently devotes her time to helping non-profits improve their governance, leadership and collaboration capabilities. A life-long learner, she is always looking for ways to stretch her boundaries - both mental and physical. She has an engineering degree as well as an MBA; she was a collegiate rower and has picked up many additional sports as an adult. Deb currently lives in Shanghai, China with her husband and two children. One of her lifelong dreams is to visit all seven continents.
