More About Me

I'm passionate about

making complex things simple.

An idea worth spreading

What is TeleLiving?
TeleLiving is the convergence of next generation technology and services providing a natural conversation human-machine interaction. This disruptive technology will allow for a more comfortable and convenient way to shop, work, learn, and live.

When will we start to see TeleLiving in everyday use?
Considering well-established trends in computer power, broadband, wireless, artificial intelligence, speech recognition, and image displays, various components should reach mass market penetration by the end of this decade, none later than 2020.

How will TeleLiving impact my life?
Imagine going back to 1995 and asking yourself how the Internet would impact your life? Very few individuals fully understood the magnitude. As technology and services becomes easier to use via natural conversation human-machine interaction, TeleLiving will become as essential as the telephone or Internet is today.

Talk to me about

Semantic Web, Teleliving, 3D CHI, Information Architecture, Interface Design, Interaction Design, raising a large family, restoring old cars, the best motorcycle road trips.

My TED Story

One of my favorite quotes (although it is debatable whether he ever really said it or not) is from Galileo. After being forced to recant his position that the earth moves around the sun, he said, "Eppur si muove." which translates into "And yet it does move." True or not, I like the message that it's not how the world views you, but how you view the world.

His book, "Dialogue Concerning the Two Chief World Systems", that promoted this view and got him into trouble, can still be purchased at Amazon.com... how cool is that?
