May 20 2010: I am homeschooling my 8-year old and I just roll my eyes at the math books our program provides. They aren't even 2.5 Men! These are more like Barney!
Feb 7 2008: That was a nice journey down memory lane. I was in the audience that day and can clearly remember how happy I was that I wasn't Chris Anderson at that moment.
Looking back now, it's inspiring to see how his nervousness about the unknown future of TED didn't interfere with his passion for it to blossom.
I am guilty of getting stuck in the "what if" possibilities much more often than I'd like. Chris' talk is a shinning example of the power of moving beyond fear, and headstrong into construction.
