I think we had enough of Murphy’s Laws in our lives. Time for positive change. Here come Darina’s Laws, transforming Murphy’s Laws’ paranoia into Darina’s Laws’ pronoia. So enjoy some, more in surprise TEDTalk near you :)
1 EASE - Nothing is as hard as it looks
2 DURATION - Everything takes shorter than you think
3 PRONOIA - If something can go right, it certainly Will
4 SYNCHRONICITY - If there is a possibility of several things going right, the one that will cause the most benefit will happen simultaneously right there & then
5 MIRACLES - If something simply cannot go right, it will anyway, somehow
6 HELP - If you perceive that there are only 2 possible ways in which something can go right & forget these, then a third way, unprepared for, will promptly develop
7 EVOLUTION - Left to themselves, things tend to go from good to better

  Feb 17 2011: If I had to single one of the many hidden gems & favorites it would be one that is from a TEDx event in Japan & that might not be even officially part of the main TED archive yet.

  Mar 24 2009: Extra-ordinary! Amazing in its simplicity, creativity and pragmatism! Bravo John Lee! And to offer ALL that for FREE - you DO deserve a medal! These ARE exactly the IDEAS worth spreading and applying EVERYWHERE! Hope we can DO SO thnx to Johnny!

  A comment on Talk: Greg Lynn on calculus in architecture

  Jan 31 2009: I found his observation about the lack of information reverting back to symmetry to be an 'AHA moment' for me that triggered a number of new ideas and insights!
  
  Synchronistically there were some headline news today about a baby Hubbard being born in San Francisco with 12 perfect fingers and 12 perfect toes and they seem so natural and perfect that even the idea of mutation does not come across, but rather the idea of beautiful evolution and symmetry. http://www.ktvu.com/news/18608582/detail.html
  
  Really liked Greg's holistic attitude, defined as fusion of symmetry & synthesis despite some shortcomings in the delivery of the interlink b/n calculus, architecture & beauty.

  Feb 19 2008: Thank you both Jehane & Chris Anderson and all TEDsters who are supporting this amazing idea & vision! I also felt inspired to create and submit a 5 minute inspirational movie with visionary artwork, inspiring messages & passionate music & it has already touched quite a few and may move even more people if given the chance to do so until Pangea day & after that memorable day when the world will come together through film..   Thank you again deeply & I believe that this will truly be a day like no other, when Pangea will be recreated in new incredible ways & ideas will be spread like never before - touching souls, opening hearts & moving spirits globally...

  Dec 9 2007: As synchronicity will have it and Pronoia would rejoice, I just watched this at 4.44 AM on Dec 9, 2007!!!
  Can it get better than this? I was so impressed by the numerous synchronicities that I even blogged about it at joybringer.zaadz.com/blog with more details. Happy B-day Judy Dench!
