~ Multi-Touch Technology

An emerging technology I am keeping current on is multi-touch possibilities. I've built and demonstrated a multi-touch screen built using FTIR and DI technology with the help of the NUI Group Community. He is working on integrating additional Flash technologies into the multi-touch environment including physics via Box2D Flash and Google Maps Flash API. And advocate of open source communities, I believe that technology can grow and flourish more quickly when people work together rather than working against each other.

More About Me

I'm passionate about

multitouch technology, and using it to generate social interaction in the real world. And studying user reaction to new UX methods.

An idea worth spreading

I had an idea for a user experience experiment. Take a number of pieces of art and give a group of attendees the ability to vote on their favorite piece. As the voting is counted, the environment changes slightly, initially thinking that the lighting would readjust to show more focus on either the most favorite or least favorite. Or as time goes on, just changing the environment to see if the general public appeal of pieces change due to environmental conditions.
~ just an idea (^_^)
