As Chief Imaginaut & CEO, Glen Lubbert collaborates with the leadership team @mojo interactive to listen, learn and execute on strategy while providing vision and authenticity to the entire organization.
Prior to bootstrapping Mojo over a decade ago, Glen was Director of Online Development for San Francisco-based WomensForum.com and now splits his time between the Bay Area and Mojo's Orlando office. Recently, he's been speaking about instant feedback and social medias impact on creativity and workplace collaboration including talks at TEDActive and SXSW. He also spoke about transparent accountability in a collaborative democratic workplace.
He holds a degree from the School of Media and Communication from Bowling Green State University and is a Bay Area member of the CEO leadership organization Vistage. He's a founding member of TEDxOrlando, a TEDActive Bay Area Host, Industry Advisory for the Aesthetic Practice Association, and writes about his passions @glubbert and thinking bench.com (and I tap my inner child every time I hit the playa @Burning Man )*( )
Grateful to have given a TEDYou talk during the storytelling session at Joshua Tree. My story: The Thinking Bench - An essential idea for the 140 character world ... The Thinking Bench is a story of solace and endless imagination in the instant feedback, always now, data streaming 140 character world. It's an essential renewable resource for our minds and our spirits. It inspired my blog: http://thinkingbench.com
