More About Me

An idea worth spreading

Grateful to have given a TEDYou talk during the storytelling session at Joshua Tree. My story: The Thinking Bench - An essential idea for the 140 character world ... The Thinking Bench is a story of solace and endless imagination in the instant feedback, always now, data streaming 140 character world. It's an essential renewable resource for our minds and our spirits. It inspired my blog: http://thinkingbench.com

Talk to me about

Spiritual Cyborg, Burning Man, Mindfulness

People don't know that I'm good at

Running - I ran a 1:52 half mile for Bowling Green State University... though that was a few years ago ;-)

  • A comment on Talk: Daniel Kahneman: The riddle of experience vs. memory

Mar 1 2010: This kicked off TED 2010 and was the perfect opener to such a mind-expanding experience. This was in my Top 5 for sure (probably my favorite of all the talks this year). I enjoyed it so much, I highlighted the talk in my first post-TED blog: Happiness with You and Me http://bit.ly/cygijb
