Reverse the relationship between accountants and companies thereby ensuring corporate honesty. Make it the job of accountants to find taxable earnings rather than having them find ways for companies to avoid tax. This can be achieved by relating the earnings of accountants to the amount of tax paid by the company to the revenue authorities. The more tax paid the higher the accountants' earnings. Secondly, revenue then audits the accountants not the companies, thus ensuring greater compliance all round.
