Civil wars and their resolution
An idea worth spreading
We know all that the civil wars in Africa have economic motivations hidten by ethnic instrumentalisations. We cannot resolve this problem without attacking the roots of the evil. A simple idea but considered utopian is that Africa benefits of a kind of Marshall Plan but a little bit different. The idea is that the african resources are used to finance what I call PA2R (African Plan for the Resources by the Resources). Its possible if the local and international current beneficiaries agree to give up the current plunder and collaborate within the framework of the plan. Utopian but possible.
