Jul 2 2009: For those focused on the food mentioned in the story, it is unfortunate that you cannot see the real message: It is through diversity, differences and ongoing development (of both product and mind) that we find happiness. This story is not about spaghetti, mustard not tomato sauce, it is about competition. Thirty six mustards were hierachally different, they all competed at the same level: Thirty six photographers can work out of the one city and all be successful. How? Because whilst the product is the same, the presentation and flavour is slightly different.
