http://debbievasquez.biz - I am a geeky single mom, artist - philosopher by passion, a -web app developer/designer/architect by trade. I'm mostly a tender hearted, open minded, transparent, free thinking, child like, energetic over thinking/talking goofball. My family is the best things in my life (6yr old boy, 1yr old girl). In the future I hope to pursue a PhD. in neuropsychology or art therapy. Liberals say I am conservative, Conservatives say I'm liberal. I care about practical results and things that are simply designed and smart. I am an out of the box visionary who can execute and get things done...but a bit too perfectionistic and often over reaching. I really love working with intelligent folks in a think tank team environment. I'm not a fan of tricky politics and can often tick people off cause I don't play games in or out of work or personal relationships. I am very egalitarian and seek truth, honesty, and compassion. I'm pretty deep with strong values, WYSIWYG and direct, but love goofing off and playful fun. I want to be kind, loving and authentic in all I do. Professionally - I am a private consultant working in the San Antonio and Austin, TX areas as a solutions architect, senior business analyst, lead developer and/or project manager. I specialize in JAD requirements gathering, Six Sigma DMAIC analysis, end-to-end test plans/scripts development and traceability, use case, UML and advanced object oriented, meta and model driven architecture & analysis in .NET, Visual Studio & Visio Modeling Tools, BizTalk, MS Workflow Foundation, Sharepoint, J2EE (WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss), IBM Rational and Mercury Tools. I have data modeling expertise in Oracle, SyBase and SQL Server. I have BPMN and UML expertise and recently have been developing workflow apps that involve BIZFLOW and FileNet. Over the many years of my IT development career (starting in 1986), I have worked in a variety of applications and environments. Listed are a few of these:
