May 28 2009: Latin America is also making huge efforts at learning English, all public schools in Mexico have an English program, and the efforts in Argentina and Brasil are remarkable, I've been to those countries, and the level of English you can hear is reasonable. They have a huge help with the movies and television, everybody prefers to watch movies in their original language, thats an excellent opportunity for learning , and the proximity to the US facilitates everything; I think a common language is an strong step for spreading knowledge.
