I'm a founder of Svitla Systems, an outsourcing software development company. Prior to that I built and led Lohika Systems & held several executive management positions at Ernst & Young. I have also developed a significant private equity and venture capital experience in the U.S. and the UK where I made investments in emerging technology and manufacturing companies. I'm a member of the Fourth Class of the Growing Entrepreneurs Mentoring Program administered by the Committee of 200, a national organization of prominent women business executives.I also hold an MBA from Stanford Business School.
