  i think that this will be the future solution of businesses and for doing business, company to company and company to employee. There is so much pressure on day to day workers,...the pressure is good, evolution is made with high pressure but i think that in the near future we have to change ourselves minds, we have to step up to professionalism.
  
  The topic is not about working and so; it is about life in general and like Ewa was saying "having more life in life". I think that people have to start to feel what they feel and do those sort of things with passion and love.
  When i said that i love people who love doing something, i was meaning those people who love to ride, to learn, to cook, to manage, to walk etc.
  
  As for my job, i wasn't saying that i have found true passion in what i am doing and i don't say that i do all i do with passion,...i am also a "victim" of the society and even i am going to work 'cause i "have to" a.s. :) Changing this requires a change of mentality and this is the difficult part in this equation, we have to change the way we see things.

  Aug 9 2011: I think in our days is very hard to cheat the system 100%, and the reasons are a lot (go to school, have an education, using all kind of "stuff", go to work and follow someone's rules a.s.), but we can use them as tools for growing because if you have your own ideas you cannot play as others are saying for lifetime.

  It is true that sometimes it seems that we are't we without our involvement. In some moments, it looks that life brought us there without asking. According to quote "be aware of what your wishes are 'cause they can happen" :) i think that nothing can "harm" us in some ways without our "agreement"; so, if we look deep inside, we will see that the answer to the problem.
  
  You pointed very well about the limitations of the society, as they are true. Even if we want to agree or not, society accepts very well an imposed system because of the commodity of living as others are saying; why to think how to live?, why to create my own universe?, why to be me?...if everything is made by others.

  Aug 9 2011: You mean to borrow someone's personality for a period of time? let me ask you a question: what if you cannot escape from what you have choosed to be and you will wake up at the end of days without recognizing yourself? :)

  Aug 9 2011: I think this is one major problem about being yourself (trying to copy or,...let's not say copy, let's say trying to find a path in Marylin or Picasso's or anyone else's character). I think that if you do so, you will also lose yourself because your mind cannot focus anymore on what you really have to do, but you will stay focused on Marylin. I was watching a talk yesterday on TED, and a catholic priest was saying something interesting; it sounds like this: "what's in your hands". I think everyone have to see what's in their hands and use them to build a fine character and to live the life with dignity.

• A comment on Conversation: How are we going to get Conscious Listening into schools?

  I think that there are two possibilities to make conscious listening possible:
  1. when the listeners and the idea transmitter are on the same wavelength - that means that the subject transmitted is corresponding to what the audience is willing to hear;
  2. the teachers must have the capacity to make all the children embrace the spoken idea;
  On the other hand, like you all are saying, some listening skills are needed and this is not an easy job :) because you have to be conscious that you have a problem with this; i propose to listen the silence - it's a brutal and effective way to become a good listener.
  
  It is true that we are living in a noisy and scary world but it's like in information - we want to listen but we don't know what...There are so many noises and information and we are lack of knowing how to filter them and to extract what really means to us. What is also scary is that to do all this jobs you have to have the capacity to systematize, because there are so many bad and harmful information on the market that you take it as a good one, without thinking.
