  Some countries are typically pragmatic and go straight to the points, other are the other way around. Nowadays, CSR practise is including more and more this "emotional" approach when considering all the stakeholders, making businesses' governance more complicated.
  
  How do you think this emotional connections can prevent r&d /innovation from progressing?

  Aug 7 2011: you have arised a lot of significant point. I agree that governments focus more on contingencies and emergencies in divergent ways instead of formulating long run plans in a cooperative way.
  
  In term of Innovation, what are we missing out when dealing with this?
