A comment on Talk: The cockroach beatbox

Mar 12 2012: I wish I had teachers like that when I was in School!
  • A comment on Conversation: Is our model for happiness outdated?

Feb 15 2011: I think that the view of happiness should not come from a single data, like GDP. As in fact this would only mean that the more we have, may it be money, items, or whatever is what is making us more happy.
I think that having a good work that you enjoy, and that doesn't stress you, is just as important if not more.
Then having a good environment, will make you live happier, healthier life and go less to the doctor/hospital.
It really should be considered as the most important thing for productivity, as happy people are more productive.

A comment on Conversation: We spend 3 billion hours a week as a planet playing videogames. Is it worth it? How could it be MORE worth it?

Feb 15 2011: If the act of playing had some positive effect on the real world, all this common time could be used for good, and players wouldn't have to stop playing.
As an optimistic guy, I think that players already have a positive impact as they fuel the economy with their passion. Giving jobs to thousands of people around the world who develop, support, and distribute the games.

A comment on Talk: Ken Robinson: Bring on the learning revolution!

May 24 2010: I think that good education starts with viewing differently all kids. If you treat your kids childishly, if you think that he cannot have aspirations and that you know better than him what s best for him, then you re already going in the wrong path. Kids are very intelligent, and they have aspirations to do great things, they dream of saving the world, cure illness and whatnot. If we think that these ideas are just child ideas and that we suppress them then it s sure that they re not going to make it. But if we believe in them and help them realize their dreams no matter how strange or unprobable they can be, then maybe they can save the world, cure illnesses or do any number of wonderful things.

A comment on Talk: Simon Sinek: How great leaders inspire action

May 23 2010: I was really hooked on this talked, as I rarely was. I think the examples he chose were really good, and totally different, yet they joined in some way. This gave me the will to translate this talk just so that people can hear his opinion, because I believe that his opinion is worth it.

A reply on Talk: David Pogue on the music wars

Feb 3 2010: I can understand your feelings when you're describing this music business, but I would like to point that David Pogue is just doing music for fun, he doesn't even sell it, he offers it for free on his website, so I don't think it's fair to bash him for this reason.

A reply on Talk: Jonathan Zittrain: The Web as random acts of kindness

Sep 27 2009: My view on this is that we don't do it in real life because it just scares people. On the internet you already know that at least this person has the same interest for fun as you do, and that gives confidence.

A reply on Talk: Jonathan Zittrain: The Web as random acts of kindness

Sep 27 2009: It is indeed, but it's a controlled, kind and caring anarchy.
