What are some realistic and creative ways to reduce wealth inequality?
Well im not well versed in this topic, but i think i can help you, giving you example of bests practices on reducing wealth inequality. One of the most exacting examples is Israel. What do they do to be one the most wealthy countries? Protect and promote technology investments, they have a "Chief Scientist", its a very important person who take care about reseach and develpoment industry. The country have leading companies in Defense, Agriculture, Energy, and others important markets. That makes the difference, high level of incomes, high level of education, well payed workers, a solid economy low dependece on markets movements. Andorra, have combined two strengths, a very competitive tourism industry, specially sky resorts, and a very low level of taxes with a high level of secuties, becoming the residencial country for a lot of wealthy people. I hope this two example can inspire yourself.

What conclusion should we made from the deadly collapse of a factory in Bangladesh?
Lizanne, it´s a pleasure to read your comments. Im agree not all apparel companies are bad, same of them have done an extraordinary work in poor countries, buliding schools, and introducing medical cares for their workers, for example. Anyway, some of them have no idea about the conditions in where poor workers done his job, just because it´s better dont know what happend there. Who have to solve this problem, customers, local goverments, the industry, or the golbar oprganizations? I think just and strong intervention of global organizations could help us.

What conclusion should we made from the deadly collapse of a factory in Bangladesh?
Lizzanne: Your first hand comment it´s very interesting. Of course it´s not easy to solve this kind of problems, dont´t you think that if costumer pay more like a "secure tax", for the workers in poor countries, the companies should give them better conditions?, i don´t think so. I think that we need strong control, the ONU, or the International Commerce Organization, have to involve in this stuff. Otherwise it´s wet paper.

Are we living the capitalism big-bang ?
I don´t think this is because of the free market, if you see how work, for example the currency market, it´s everything but free market, if you analize the global market it´s not a free market at all, so we are not, and we never have been on a free market. And in fact i belevie in free market. Anyway, i say that it´s not possible to growth indefinably, every year the world growth less than the previous year, and this is becoming a tendency. Can we face the end of petrol, the incresing laboral cost in China, the decandence of europe, with the same capitalism model?

What can a country do when his unemployment rate reaches the 27%?
Im so agree with your point of view, it´s not a philosophical problem between right or left, its a social problem we must solve. We have some strengths, weather, food, beaches, task force, innovative people, but we need a new locomotive to create jobs. Of course we have to reform our public sector, so big, so inefficient, so expensive, and develop a new investment strategy, but how long should it take to make take effects this measures?, do we have it?

Why we aren´t happy in our jobs?
Well Judge Pau in Spain the situation of our work markest is not easy, so is not an option leave your job, because you will not get any other. But anyway, the question is not about i dont like my job then i feel unhappy, no, the question is than in most of the organizations people make the other unhappy, but at the same time they are unhappy for the same reason. So what can we do to change this.
