  • A reply on Conversation: Evolution: "just a theory". Scientific caution is sometimes confusing.

    Jun 10 2013: I don't see it's a matter of evolving from a chimp... at all
what's not convincing to me, how much time it takes for one cell to mutate. this is only one cell, how about the human brain that is full of billions of cells, functioning in an incredible way...

if I suppose the evolution is correct... just for a monkey to become a rational human being...

now what is to consider?, is it the time consumed to evolve only one cell or the "luck" to find this wonderful combination of mutations?

to me, I am convinced nothing comes from no where, though it's been a while for humans to live on planet earth, I don't think I have ever heard of an evolution for a monkey but on youtube same as aliens

    I don't know, I am not convinced...
the best documentary I have ever watched is "http://youtu.be/ioONhpIJ-NY"
more possibilities, more options... this where we live, no body knows the truth... I think
  • A comment on Talk: Beth Noveck: Demand a more open-source government

Sep 17 2012: this been thought about for sometime, but .......... I couldn't come up with an alternative
    actually I did, presidential syndicates
where government won't have a fully collaborative pre-planned systems
though what's needed is the derive to human/citizens' satisfaction
I guess no wars, no nothing........... the point here is why people do the "bad" and how to stop them and/or punish them
what authority should the syndicate specialized in this field jail someone or make him pay penalties
  • A comment on Talk: Pamela Meyer: How to spot a liar

    Oct 15 2011: lying, it's a skill I see
and noone is able to catch lying, I think
it will cost alot, to just spot liers!!!
the heck with them, I better know how to find reliable information
    even from the liars
  • A reply on Conversation: RESOURCE BASED ECONOMY !! ?

Oct 8 2011: "awareness of the current situation"
I believe this require time, too much time to gradually change what exists
    though, it's a process
if we change the system, people will cope with the change
like in case of moble phones, colored TVs and electricity
    was there an understanding phase?
no, people just coped with what is there in the environment
this occurs again if we believe what we have is wrong or there is an alternative
so why not to use it
because of the power of a given party!, meanwhile we see people discuss fairness as an essential element....
    don't get it personally
  • A reply on Conversation: world's civilization is getting dangerous

    Oct 8 2011: agree except
"The Muslim Brotherhood for example. Will it destroy civilisation, not likely, will it change the way of life and the existence of certain freedoms?"
the thing is, we are conditioned as most of the world that the The "Muslim Brotherhood" is not good
well they have their rules, and it's not to prevent freedoms, define freedom if you please........
it's a governing party that have its own rules, if the people like it, they will elect them, if not they will go down too
but external pressures is what I don't like

The Muslim Brotherhood is Mubarak's system made
so the government acts as the super hero, that stops the evil
anyhow, this is politics, lies and cheating

hey this goes in the whole world, but the rest of the world knew how to keep their people busy, I think
  • A comment on Conversation: RESOURCE BASED ECONOMY !! ?

Oct 7 2011: the monetary system is about finding a motive for productivity and efficiency, not to mention power
    in the forming of classes
so that people at lower classes will always have their hopes and wishes to going to upper classes
to move from a class to another we have to have the money

actually, I kept thinking of another motive i was not lucky to find any
though there are trends to remove this mechanism, as far as I understand
Venus project and Anonymous are some examples
but to me personally I couldn't find an alternative motive than money for different stages of life
  • A comment on Conversation: world's civilization is getting dangerous

Oct 7 2011: please would you define "dangerous place" from you won view
I see we, the governments, who make it dangerous
to keep being appreciated by the public, not to mention keep being in power

Egypt is a victim of governance from a group of "special" people too, there we have to define what's it meant by being special
crazy is special, from someone's viewpoint
aside, every single leader has his own advantages and disadvantages

now if you look at governments, why they always are families
if not the father this election, may be the son, the son was not that lucky the wife is going to have it, next election the daughter will be grown enough to take a position

but this is not the case about civilizations
we go to museums we enjoy watching "gone" civilizations, keep saying they were good at and at and they were the first to create this and that

if we look at the history + that time repeats itself
can we eliminate the period where civilizations fall?

A comment on Talk: Abraham Verghese: A doctor's touch

Sep 27 2011: I think there is no some ultimate cure nor doctor's job to find cure
I think doctor's role is somewhat catalyst
so there shouldn't be a not to hide truth from patients
I think they shouldn't know what they are infected with in all cases
and it's the doctor's job, to find the best treatment available (humanity)
humanity could be derived from extra cash the doctor receives, or relaxing environment where they live but it's more a moral system
that coming generations be more raised with these morals I think

A comment on Conversation: Why don't "the people" tell the news? Why do we make media companies responsible for reporting our news?

Sep 24 2011: I really don't know what makes certain organizations just responsible for giving people what they want to know not the truth.
given the term "truth" is totally vague
so these organizations tell what's possible to be said
given the fact that "meetings" are all closed
afterwards "they" tell what is supposed to be said
meanwhile, you see journalists have their sources or when they run like crazy to be the first to receive the news
    this mechanism is old fashion
I personally don't understand, the environment has changed though "they" keep governments family like
as it's for certain people, who said that?
why do we have governments at all?
security??!!!, we have governments now, we are not secure
I think sometimes maybe terror is a move from governments themselves to keep being in power
this age is gone, and so shall the system governing the old approach
I really keep thinking what makes me believe what was told in the news is right
is it possible to check how correct the news were!, sure no
I can go on, when an old guy talking to his young children, is it always the truth said there? or what the father thinks suite the kid, assuming when he grows "enough" he would know
at that time, he will be going for some time trying to figure out the benefits, consequently coping with the idea

A comment on Talk: Tim Berners-Lee: The year open data went worldwide

Sep 15 2011: how good is education and certificates in current trends in sharing knowledge?
why not making things more flexible
thus, more variables and more & different methods in teaching/learning
    consequently more theories
sure, this will have a disadvantage, which is not to standardizing knowledge
but I don't know, couldn't this be an advantage?!
