At the age of 26, Pablo Castelo Toledo has already spent five years as a high-level Business Analytics and Strategy specialist, working for a number of top-level firms in his native Mexico. Following graduation from the acclaimed Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and minors in Systems Engineering—in addition to earning an Innovation Certificate for Strategic Business Model Innovation—Castelo began pursuit of both professional and personal growth in the marketplace.

He currently serves as Director of Citizen Attention Innovation for the Government Innovation Department of the Sinaloa State Government, charged with leading non-traditional Citizen Attention Channels, including its “Gobierno en Movimiento” program, Citizen Attention Modules and Government ATMs.

Previously, Castelo was Director of Operations in Cabo San Lucas with Phanaint, supervising an ecological project to save water and reduce the carbon footprint within the hospitality industry. This comprised seven projects for a top line of hotels, resulting in savings of more than 11 million litres of water. In addition, he worked as an Information Analyst for Cuauhtemoc Moctezuma - Heineken Mexico, supervising budget construction, KPI and BSC creation; and for PepsiCo/Gatorade, logging trend analyses for the international beverage market, along with product monitoring and strategy analysis.

His professional writing includes numerous infographics on the likes of “World Education Spending,” “Gobierno en Movimiento: Facts and Stats,” “What is innovation?” “Digital Overview, Sinaloa vs. the rest of the world” and a "State Budget Analysis of Sinaloa."
