Jun 28 2011: What a wonderful effort - I particularly liked what he said about exercise. However, one reason this can be done in Jamaica is that they don't have the malpractice situation we have in the US. Practitioners don't worry about being sued like they are in the US. Tort reform and not having to practice defensive medicine would do a lot to help the US healthcare problems. Most doctors would be disinclined to help someone remotely if they had to worry about being sued.
