I have done Masters in Social Work From the Islamia University of Bahawalpur in 2008. I am working as lecturer in the same department social work from feburary 2009 to till now. Before this i was working in marie stopes society pakistan as incharge field operation for two months.
I am passionate to talk about social change through publicly recognized methods.
My idea, that most of the aged people after 60 years take retirement from sociatal activiies. They remain out of touch from community activities. My idea is that their talents cant be utilzied for the benefit of communities. We should use their talents for the progress and advancement of community.

In the same way, take this analogy on human beings. They are also composed of two main things, Animal + Soul = Human being. Human beings are not merely the animals, neither they are souls So the human beings have the qualities of both. So both the power should remain in their own limits. If one element gets more stronger that our ego will destroy the world. Hence balancing the two elements would bring positive results in the world. It will don wonders
