An idea worth spreading
We say that people should selflessly go into fields of high-stress, high-sacrifice, and low-income. Many people heed this call. They become teachers, nurses, social workers, or they become support structure for those and related fields. But many more are stifled. Becoming a well-prepared teacher, in particular, requires a 4-year education, further education, multiple levels of testing, credentialing, and even continuing education while teacher. Ignoring that the required investment to become a teacher returns only low to moderate income, we still have a disconnected system of teacher education, training, and preparation in the US that allows willful college graduates to lose their passion. We need a database to guide students through the credentialing maze and stop the attrition of great people. Such a database, once established for a single state, can be adapted for other states and then other service sectors. Who will host and program this database for us?

People don't know I'm good at
knowing and influencing people. And I'm glad, too. I have a skill or habit of gaining peoples' trust very quickly and endearing myself to others. I try to keep this secret so that it's not misused.
