An idea worth spreading

So heres the idea:
I' talking about mass accumulation. Cut the crap! This would be our first thought(at least it was my first thought). By mass accumulation I meant crores of rupees in one's hand. How's that possible?
Here'a mini example: Assume that you have 10 friends and each one of them gives you 10 rupees, also, you promise them to return the money in 10 days.Then you would invest it in a business(here, I don't mean buying a vada-pav). Assume that you think of becoming a ground-nut seller(chana-wala). Then after 10 days , lets say, you have three times the money your friends gave you. Now, you can return them their money and go on with the business.
Now, apply this idea on mass level. Assume that you have 3 crore friends and each of them gives you
50 rupee. from that money you star a mass industry. After 1 year you have 10 crores.
There's no objection by the government to perform such an action. I meant,
