  • A comment on Conversation: Wealth and power have been our conventional measures of success. What definition will better sustain us now and how can we move into it?

Apr 25 2011: I think the moment we put a ‘comparative measure’ into our success or happiness or wealth we are doomed.
A measure that entails a comparison will always have a yardstick that is measured by someone else. In effect it actually means how happy or how wealthy or how successful we are is never in our hands.
When accomplishments are enjoyed without a comparison and that moment becomes just our own measure then whether it is wealth, health or happiness, we will actually revel in it.

A comment on Conversation: How can someone who believes in God, stop believing?

Apr 25 2011: God is a belief. A belief can change. Does it matter whether you assign a religion or a deity to God? God still remains a belief in your/her/his/my mind and exists there, in your/her/his/my mind.
So if you strongly believe there is No God then ironically that belief is your God.
