Apr 13 2011: What is the solution. I have a serious passion for equality, civility, and diversity. However, i wonder if in working for diversity, I am diminishing the value of a diverse group or idea.

Apr 13 2011: One of my favorite TEDx talks so far! Morgan pushes the limits and that is a noble and exceptional thing in this day and age.
