10 Billion Beats & helping in the collaboration of a universal song that can be taught to every man woman and child. Using the accuracy of atomic clocks we will orchestrate it in sync.
10 Billion Beats- is a Global Event that will use drumming to focus a collective positive intention, then send it around the world in a continuous wave to improve our relationship with each other, and with a living planet upon which we live, breath, and have our being.
The drumming will start on Friday Sept. 16, 2011 at 7:00PM in every time zone moving from east to west. (Please note -- the date will change to Saturday Sept 17, as we cross the International Date Line.)
Each group will drum at Four beats per second least one (1) hour so that the next time zone will join the wave as it reverberates over the horizon.
If only 30,000 people in each of the 24 time zones drum for 1 hour we will reach that goal. Of course more people is better. Sounds like a lot of people but it's far less than 1% of the world's population.
Participation is free and as simple as changing the planet.
Changing the world overnight. Their are two kinds of people in life, one's who quit habits gradually and one's who quit cold turkey. I am a cold turkey.
Composing elaborate, orchestral music without the ability to read or write music. I work concessions at an Opera House and before I quit I'm going to show my recordings to the orchestra conductor.

A comment on Conversation: What kind of power can a film have?
I think film is going to influence a few individuals to believe they can do "impossible" things, like fly. The same way a caterpillar dreams about flight and manifests a pair of wings.......I think film has a vital role in human biological and psychological evolution and will(in our lifetime) crush the laws of physics allowing all of us to redefine "limitation"
