I am a (retired) full professor at the Universidad Simon Bolivar, having introduced some twenty undergraduate or graduate-level courses in Computer Science and in Information Systems Engineering at the Universidad Simon Bolivar (USB) and the Universidad Metropolitana (Unimet) in Caracas. He has held posts such as Director of Information Systems Engineering (Unimet), Chairperson of Computer Science Studies, Head of the Division of Physical Sciences and Mathematics and Secretary (USB). The Secretary´s responsabilities included those of CIO of the USB. At present working on curriculum design, ethical values and Computer-based Service Management.

A comment on Conversation: Faking suggests something quite negative, if we are able to do it then we have it within us... Perhaps just change the term faking?
As Jovel correctly points out if the ability exists, there is no deception involved -at least of the other person. However, if the person "faking it" lacks the ability being faked and is trying to deceive another person that he has the ability, then we are trully in the realm of deception and, in Feyisayo´s words, manipulation. This reminds me of some of the techniques used in neurolinguistics, which can also be used to wander into unethical behaviours.
