I was born and raised in Chile. Initially, I studied architecture and pursued my undergraduate B.A. degree in the field of Furniture & Interior Design from the University of Chile. After graduation, I formed a commercial interior design company in Santiago, Chile, with two fellow students. Bitten by the entrepreneurial bug, I then founded Muebles Dhomo, a contemporary furniture design and manufacturing company five years later.
I sold my interests in the businesses to move to Italy so I could study corporate identity design at the Universita Internazionale Del’ Arte Di Firenze. In 1988, I relocated to the United States to work for a Raleigh based architectural company and I fell in love with the area. It wasn’t long before I formed Polloni Design, Inc., currently a successful corporate graphic design and website development company. Also noteworthy, I became a proud US citizen in 1993.
In an effort to further my personal development, I participated in a local leadership program and was provided my own life coach. It was through this relationship that I was struck by an important realization: I had an intense passion for human development and making a difference in the world! I underwent my formal training as a life coach and co-lead facilitator at the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in Washington, DC and Barcelona, Spain. Currently, I hold the distinctions of CPCC* and ACC** and I’m a member of the International Coaching Federation. I opened my personal coaching practice in 2005.
As a member of the Inspirers Group at the North Carolina Society of Hispanic Professionals, I do motivational speeches on a regular basis for Hispanic students and their immigrant parents in the public school system. I created a program called BIG (Bicultural Integration Groups) with the purpose of integrating Hispanic and American kids and parents in public and private schools, which was succesfully implemented on Casa Esperanza Montessori Charter School in 2008.
I’m bilingual in both English and Spanish and also fluent in Italian and French. One of my first loves is art and I enjoy painting with watercolors and life-drawing in pencil – I’m currently adding oil-painting to my repertoire. I love traveling and outdoor sports like mountain bike and snow skiing.

I have some questions for you:
1.- Could you explain to me what good comes for fearing GOD?
2.- If you disapoint GOD, what will GOD do to you?
3.- Do you think GOD is a good person?
Thank you.

I'm Chilean and I'm very proud of you. Takes a lot of courage, research, knowledge, and preparation to do what you did in 7 minutes. It is not just what you did, was how you did it as well. I was captivated by you humor, sexiness, authenticity, playfulness and originality, to mention some.
Congratulations for showing respect to answer the sad assumptions from Judith Taylor Mayo as well, It tells us a lot about who you are. I believe that the apologies are not necessary though. You have no control of other people's reactions to their own limited belief systems and unforgiving judgments. You do not need to apologize for being the extraordinary person that you are, at the contrary, please go and celebrate big time! I loved your Vampire shirt by the way! It gave you a lot of stage presence.
Keep being who you are Isabel, do not let any of these comments, including mine, change your beautiful wise being.
