About Me

I started studying foreign languages at high school (English, French and German) and then I went to Pisa University (Northern Italy) where I got a degree in English Language and Literature in July 1993. Soon after that I started working as an English teacher with both young learners and adults. In September 2001 I got a job as a secondary school teacher of English and have been working as one since then. At the moment I am attending a Master course in Translating Post-colonial texts from English into Italian at Pisa University. It deals with translating novels, short stories, poems, essays, plays and scripts by post-colonial writers from all over the English speaking world.
