Since 2001, I have been a mortgage lender in Austin, Texas. I am now a Branch Manager and Senior Loan Officer providing residential home loans. I assist borrowers with almost any residential mortgage - FHA, Conventional, VA, USDA, and Jumbo Loans for purchase or refinance. My focus is to provide the best Texas mortgage rates and lowest fees. More than that, my goal is to earn my clients' business now and for years to come. In a decade of mortgage lending, I've seen incredible changes in the mortgage industry and now more than ever, I see clients valuing service, communication and integrity when choosing a lender.
I'm very passionate about the mortgage and real estate industry. This is my job and what I spend the majority of my time thinking about.
I like how open-ended these questions are. Will have to ponder this one.
Football and basketball, anytime. Mortgage and finance most days. I'm also fairly passionate about real estate and investing. I'm lucky to live in Austin, Texas where the market is abnormally strong.
Volleyball. At least I think I'm good at it.

A comment on Conversation: What is your mantra for work-life balance?
Unfortunately, I don't have anything close to a balance yet - work is the winner 90% of the time.
However, a trip to Israel in 2008 helped me achieve whatever balance I have now. Having put off vacations for a decade because I couldn't afford to NOT be at work (what if I miss a referral??), I finally signed up for the trip. The trip changed my life and when I got home, I realized I was better at what I do because I had new insights, I was relaxed, I was happy.
Life experiences make you a better person and better at your job. While it may be obvious to everyone, it wasn't obvious to me then: you have to take time for vacations. This understanding alone has changed my work-life balance forever.
