Feb 27 2011: I didn't yet watch Sheryl Sandberg's talk - but this saying comes to mind: "Behind every great man there's a great woman".
Maybe men should learn to evolve into being great men behind leading women? I think neither men or women can be "great" leaders without "great" support.
