Promote Neurofeedback training for health and peak performance
I agree enthusiastically. Biofeedback with the brain is an efficient and reliable way to enhance functioning of the central nervous system. "My brain: it's my second favorite organ." Woody Allen The most common applications for brain wave training are: ADHD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, migraine. Also autism, alcohol/substance abuse, eating disorders, PTSD, anger, learning and processing difficulties. There are also clients interested in optimal performance such as students, meditators, artists, performers, professionals and executives. The process is interesting and pleasant. My client often watch movies that dim or brighten to encourage useful brain wave patterns. Games where the mind controls the action also work nicely.
