• Dave’s Crazy Cookies, 2011, Berkeley, CA – Redesigned Facebook page with greater customization, developed social media outreach strategy, and implemented customer generated content (15 sec video clips). Developed marketing strategy: PR outreach, development of mobile and Facebook apps, group-buying offers, Yelp, Google offers/places, etc.
• DIGIVAM, 2010, Newark, CA. Created strategic vision, developed and implemented marketing plan to target SMBs and ad verticals, and represented startup at meetings with funding sources (SVASE, Scaled Ventures) for company that provides SAAS based video content management for interactive video. Created promotional video assets for SVASE Launch Silicon Valley 2010. Secured sponsorship for SVASE LSV2010.
• Discount Decorating, St. Louis, MO - Created Facebook page with customized content, developed social media outreach strategy (including development and integration of mobile and FB apps), and implemented customer generated content (video/picture). • Goldenvision2020 & Myopia Prevention Center, 2011, Southern California, - Redesigned social media marketing outreach. • Laser Vue Eye Center & Medical Spa, 2010/2011, Bay Area, CA – Redesigned social media marketing outreach (customized Facebook page). Created consumer resource center and highly effective incentification program. Integrated video assets in all social media channels. Created targeted Facebook promotions and contests. Coordinated Yelp account, offers, and reviewer follow-up. Incentivised posting on all social media channels. Developed marketing outreach for custom LaserVue app.
• Little Bird Community Acupuncture, 2010, Washington, DC – Designed marketing plan for newly opened business with unique health model that included local targeting, online advertising, testimonial marketing, and social media integration.
• Meet At Recess, 2011, Toronto, CA – Designed Facebook site and strategy for “The Academic Social Network”. Integrated educational resources for teachers, students and parents into a FB site that offered educational tools, programs and resources to FB community. Created social media marketing and branding campaign.
• Order Of Draw, 2010/2011, Santa Rosa, CA – Redesigned communication system with Google Apps. Developed marketing strategy, sales outreach, and database solution that integrated CRM, Quickbooks, Paypal, and e-commerce website. Re-designed email marketing outreach, improved online marketing, and implemented “social commerce” solution. Customized FB site.
