My TED story

My Ted story started in 2011 with the talk of Brene Brown: The power of vulnerability. I was so touched by her message that I wanted to share the video with my friend. But she didn't speak English. So I signed up as volunteer. And stayed ever since. I gives me great pleasure to tranlate all these ideas worth spreading.

What's your TED habit?
I watch the Tedtalks on my iPad. There is an app TedSub, so I can use the subtitles. Sometimes I watch a talk from my favorite list or I choose from the newly translated talks. I put my iPad next to me while I am doing housework or occasionally when I am eating. My brain needs at least one talk a day :) !

Ben Goldacre: Battling bad science
If you aren't convinced of climate change, maybe you can look at this talk: Evidence of extreme ice loss. http://www.ted.com/talks/lang/dut/james_balog_time_lapse_proof_of_extreme_ice_loss.html
