  Sep 18 2012: I appreciate the lecturer's points. All I can remember as a Chinese, we have a custom or culture for cherishing food. Because we treat food as a beatiful result of hardworking. Just as the lecturer said, the Chinese chef would be angry if someone do not finish his or her food. we enjoy food, that's why china has a rich culture about food!

  Dec 16 2011: I watched this video many times, it impressed me deeply. I can't suppress my feelings. Yes, we never care about the normal people's daily life in Afghanistan. I only know is that Afghanistan is full of war and violence instability。 But this vedio tells me that Afghanistan people are living like us, they are normal people, they want to have peaceful life and freedom. Howecver, they don't have, and they are experiencing horrible life and poverty. Just like the lecturer says: how to improve this situation is more important than bringing war to Afghanistan.

  Dec 13 2011: Great, this guy does an increadible job. He could successfully take advantage of millions of internet users to translate website for free, simutaneously, those huge amount of people also learn foreign language for free. This is a win-win result. Amazing!

  Nov 22 2011: this is a good lecture, even the odds of a asteroid hit earth is so tiny, but you still need to prepare for its happening.

  Oct 9 2011: The idea is good, recycling the plastic. But he didn't talk much about the recycling cost. if the recycling cost is higher than those by people in developing world, it still cannot reduce the waste and pollution.

  Sep 22 2011: This talk really surprises me a lot! Maybe, nowadays, wheen you do some charities, you need consider about the feeling of the people who you will help rather than based on your feeling and perspective angle. Humanity and more considering on spiritual aspect are possibly important factors need to add in our charity behavior. Other wise the result may be negative.

  Sep 16 2011: Chinese people like borning and cultvating a boy rather than girl due to their traditional cultural influence. But you can find the trend that Chinese are changing to treat the boy and girl as equal. As a matter of fact, female's population in Shanghai is more than the boy's population. So, as far as I am concerned, the ratio of female and male will reach to 1:1 to influence Chinese culture.
