About Lorenzo Felix


Lorenzo Felix Vannucci is a marketing, branding and communication manager; lives between Milan, Turin and Florence. After graduation in Business & Communication, has worked for several major fashion companies (organizing fashion shows and attending to communication office), banks and credit institutions (studying for them brilliant advertising campaigns), international groups engaged in new technologies (in charge of branding and communication strategies). He soon developed a passion for the spirit of TED, consulting ivideos posted on the official website. He join as a spectator to some TEDx in Italy and later at TED Global in Edinburgh as an organizer TEDxFirenze. There he met all other TEDx'ers in the world and understands the potential of the organization of this event: is it really possible to change the world spreading the ideas of value. With determination, strength and a good dose of optimism he decided to engage in organizing TEDxFirenze, a mission more than the mere organization of an event. Today his dream come true in the event scheduled Nov. 12 at Palazzo Vecchio. An event that brings the city innovators and carriers of ideas of value, men and women who live in our time and try to change it, in a better way.

An idea worth spreading

An idea that change in better our life. Basically it means to make a change of our status considering the future of next generations, of the world, even if we'll are not here. This can be possible only with ideas. The future of the world is so important and so big that we have to consider all of its characteristic: technology, science, human habits, interpersonal and intercultural relations, lifestyle ext. Loving an idea is a very important thing today. Often we say that all has been wrote, that all as been said, but is not real. Spread the worth idea means love the moment where we live. My idea worth spreading is the idea of innovation, in one word: the optimism.

I'm passionate about society science, cultural communication, cinema, marketing, branding and fashion. I think that are all human theme. i love my country, Tuscany and Italy, I love horses and riding.
