About Me

Leerom Segal is President & CEO of Klick Communications. Klick is the leading digital marketing agency in Canada and has been named one of Canada's 50 Best Managed companies, as well as one of Canada's 50 Best Employers. Principally providing interactive services to the pharmaceutical industry, the company has been recognized in countless creative awards. Klick has been named a Profit 100 company, and a Technology Fast 50 company. Klick has also been named one of the Global Growth Companies to watch by the World Economic Forum. Lee has been named Entrepreneur of the Year by the Business Development Bank of Canada and has won the Young Entrepreneur Award from Ernst & Young.

Leerom Segal was born in Israel, moved to Canada at age 8, started his first company at age 12, sold his first business at age 14, and was the CTO of publicly traded Motion Works Group by age 16.

Leerom’s leadership should be measured by his results. Klick’s been growing profitably for 13 years and has been continually recognized as one of Canada’s 50 best managed companies, 50 best employers, and 50 fastest growing tech companies. Klick is a Barnham top 10 healthcare IT company and named by the World Economic Forum a Global Growth Company to watch.

Beyond his pursuit of growth for Klick, Leerom is proudest of his devoted family and commitment to community involvement. Through the Klick Foundation, Leerom fully embraces every opportunity for community service by proving to be a dedicated and vital member of the causes he gets behind, including the Brazilian Ball, True Patriot Love, Run for Big Mike, Artbound, and White Knight to name a few. Most recently, Leerom helped Artbound and Free-the-Children establish the first all girl’s high-school in Kenya.

Leeorm has been named Entrepreneur of the Year by both the Business Development Bank of Canada and Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Program. In 2004, Leerom was named to Profit Magazine’s Hall of Fame for being the youngest ever CEO of a Profit 100 company.

Leerom is also an active member of the Clinton Global Initiative and the Young President’s Organization. He regularly contributes to several publications and chairs various digital marketing conferences, most recently Eye-for-Pharma.

Outside of work and philanthropy, Leerom’s passions include travelling, Muay Thai and MMA, as well as many extreme sports: skiing, dirt biking, surfing and climbing, most recently at Everest.
