About Me

All my life, I have been stigmatized as being stupid, and undiciplined. I have a high IQ but, yet class room situations, I had to choose between fidgiting (to a point of distraction of my peers(?)), or feigning sleep by transcending a stuper. Usually, my test scores were above average (usually B's with an A about 1/3 of the time) But homework was seldom completed. Therefore, my grades were usually C's or D's. It wasn't that I didnt understand/comprehind the material, but rather, I couldn't sit to sit still long enough to do homework. I, also, have problems reading. Such things as lower case b's p's and d's are a small problem, due mostly to similarities in their shape. Very slow reading speed coupled with the fact (for me) that reading causes me to fall to sleep. Imagine, if you will, the sense of agrivation one must feel when Secondary Instructors recap 'How To' information about sentence structure, grammer, paragraph and essay composition, for the 9th-10th-11th and 12th times when you got it right the first time in the 5th grade? What is with the dummied down corricculum. The only thing the "Make our youth stupid (dummied down)" system is to aggrivate the more college capable students to the point of dropping out of school. It is a common fact that, here in the United States, that out of every 7 High School drop outs 2 have IQ's of over 120 and that of those 2 one has an IQ of over 135. What does mean? IT MEANS THAT A VAST MAJORITY OF THE TRUE TALENT IN THE U.S. ARE NOT GOING TO COLLEGE!!! Now, couple this, if you will, with the fact that out of every 10 job opening's which come available 7 of these go to foreignors because we (in the USA) are not producing enough engineers, architects, scientists, Medical Doctors, or Nurses. In most colleges, a foreign student or in a few cases a student from out of state, is rewarded with a lowered tuition rate ((as much as 50% lower NOT counting scholarships or subsidies from foreign (home) governments)) than home grown talent. As adults, (over 21 years of age) most prospective students must have parents account for their past annual income before that student can be considered for Financial Aid beyond Student Loans, even though the student has left and is not permitted to move home. In addition, let us not forget (though very necessary in the distant past) the reverse discrimination problem. Here in 'American' society this policy is a bit over due for an overhaul. We all need to get further involved with helping to find solutions to the socio-psycological cycle of poverty, so America can further thrive. I, firmly believe in the old addage " They have the right to criticize who have the heart and determination to help!" We as a people must stop deffering our responsibilities as members of our prospective communities to the greedy, even immoral grasp of LEDGISLATORS. SO, I am open to constructtive criticisum and suggestions from the public at large.
