An idea worth spreading
in the short term encourage private people to put up health facilities in Africa, those that meet certain targets will recieve matching funds enough to cover all their costs of getting there and also a good profit... in the medium term provide a fund for leaders who do well and STEP DOWN when their time is up (already started).... In the long term (start NOW, only the effect is long term), Encourage private people to put up educational institutions, and after meeting certain targets give them matching funds to cover their costs and a handsome profit....Imagine how many will be helped by those who make it and those who try... Africa wont be the same in 10 years and would rise.... private enterprise holds the fastest hope for Africa's quickest growth
