About Me

Best known as the author of funny books on dull subjects and owner of Clearwater Publishing Company. Author of There Are No Electrons: Electronics for Earthlings; The Land of Debris and the Home of Alfredo; Joy Writing: Discover and Develop Your Creative Voice; and Jumper and the Bones. Co author (with Jim Loats, Ph.D.) of Algebra Unplugged; and Calculus for Cats. I've also had poetry published in dozens of journals and my songs have been played on radio stations around the world. I've been active in the Colorado writing community for twenty years and served on several boards of directors. I performed with the acoustic group Cottonwood for ten years and appeared on two of their CDs.
