A comment on Conversation: What inspires loyalty within the organizations you work with?

Apr 27 2012: Loyality is a great word and smb must deserve it. When companies are displaying their loyality to the staff or to the concrete person, then for sure this company can expect this loyality in return. For example, when company highly values every employee, doesn't think to pay or not to pay for their job, provides training and career enhancement, then employees are glad to thank the company with their loyality, because they view their future and person development in this company which will benefit both company and staff.

A comment on Conversation: What would you tell children about pursuing their Dreams and Changing the World?

Nov 22 2011: I always believed that dreams come true. And it's somehow possible in our daily life. The mind of child it's like a clean paper. In a childhood we had more bright imagination than now. Why it's so? Because child has a strong faith in his dreams. He believes that this or that can exist and it's exist for him making his world interesting. Another question how to guide child's mind correctly, so he/she become a better person, a worth man or a woman of society?
I think solution is the best movies without violence, fairy-tailes with a good ending. From the beginning parents should notice what their child like the most: painting, singing or maybe he is a good enterpreneur, so parents can help their child do develop his skills and arts. Parents should believe in their child. And this belief will grow constantly in the heart of a child, it will grow with him. He will feel his importance, his application in this world. He will know that he wasn't born accidentally, but there is some ground before it, some meaning, some purpose.
  • A comment on Conversation: Which books have inspired you the most?

Nov 22 2011: James Redfield: The Celestine Prophecy is a wonderful book, so inspiring! It bring me to understand a lot of aspects of life not visible and visible to our eyes. I am sure that everyone who will read this book will not stay indifferent. After reading this book i became aware of many different life situations and now i know that a real life starts when you become conscious about it.
  • A reply on Conversation: Is our destiny to be one world with one language?

Aug 10 2011: Petr, it sounds like a good idea with bottleneck and new employment of translators.

But i think linguistic process as any processes on this world is not ruled only by educated people or simply by people, it is also determened by law of nature in some way.

For example, you can teach children at school ukrainian language but at home they will communicate russian. And it happens also with many dialects, which are spoken around the world within the family or tribe.

But i agree with you that english language is spoken by most people of the world which gives to it a lot of chances to become the only one language on our planet :-)
  • A comment on Conversation: Is our destiny to be one world with one language?

Aug 8 2011: Yes, i think it's great when you communicate with someone from other part of the world and he or she understands you. You don't have to explaine a lot of things, because that someone comprehends it very well. But from other point of view, a lot of people will loose their jobs and the first one will be translators and interpreters, cause there will be nothing to translate. And сoncerning culture and uniqueness of every nation: every country has it's own history in which a crucial role belongs to their ancestors. Some people choose to preserve this language, another choose to learn languages which will lead them to undersrtand other people, so it will make our life easier and more interesting.
  • A comment on Talk: Thandie Newton: Embracing otherness, embracing myself

Aug 2 2011: Yes it's a mystery of nature, i think, that our innerselves can be different. Remember Freud said that each of us has unconscious, preconscious and conscious mind. I think it's true.
As i know from practice: some people don't love themselves, but they are admired by another people.
Other think they are on top, but there is nothing special about them.
Yes, people look like different, but maybe it's a nature plan for now?
