  • A comment on Conversation: What is the most motivational phrase you can come up with?

Jan 1 2012: That is a really good question and I don't know how to answer it. But let's answer it anyway. What would motivate me? I guess it has to do with how tiny we actually are compared to everything else in the universe. But it's a really hard question because I don't know how a mere sentence/phrase could motivate; it has a lot to do with the context.

A comment on Talk: Brené Brown: The power of vulnerability

Dec 11 2011: Looking at it again, and again, this has to be one of the most brilliant videos on TED.com. I see it from a refreshed perspective now that I watched it again after a year. I have a new meaning for the word excruciating, and for the word courage. You think you know it but after a while you realize that you never quite do.
